Born from a Real Need
ElderCare Command was founded in 2023 by a team of healthcare technologists and elder care professionals who saw firsthand how fragmented workflows were putting residents at risk.
After witnessing critical medication errors, delayed incident responses, and families left in the dark, we knew there had to be a better way. We set out to build a platform that would bring clarity, accountability, and compassion to every shift, every handoff, and every interaction.
